Differential Shaft For Precised Winding
Differential Shafts are designed for duplex winding applications. They compensate for variable gage on multiple cores, allowing the reels to lock at any point along the shaft.

Multi-Tube Shaft

Leaf Type Air Expandable Shaft
- This shaft supports narrow core width
- Prevents thin core damage.
- Works well for rewind stage.
- Good for core-less winding in some applications only.
Lug Shaft
- Pneumatic bladder and metal pipe grip.
- Available in heavy-duty and light-duty configurations.
- Holds core very well, with long life expectancy.
Ball Shaft
- Designed for slitter rewinders for multiple slit handling.
- Attain different slippage speeds under constant tension.
- Minimum ball lock width is 24 mm wide.
- This is suitable for sensitive materials.
Mechanical Expanding Shaft
An externally lug-type expanding shaft, with a wedge design that holds cores concentric/parallel. The clamping force is heavy with firmly in place.
Bottom Knife Holding Shaft
- Multi-bladder design with close tolerances
- Alloy steel body with hardened chrome surface finish

Multi Bladder Shaft
