TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

  • Structure made out of highest grade iron casting

  • Specially designed noiseless and vibration-free differential gear for smooth driving and uniform speed

  • Brake drums internal gears and heavy duty brake shoes to vary the tension for light or heavy fabric and maintain constant tension throughout the process.

  • Self balancing oscillating devices with two rocker arms, two S.S. guide rolls, S.S. expander bar to ensure perfect and creaseless running of fabric.

  • As per requirement motor fitted on the machine. No separate foundation required.

  • Close jigger machine with S.S. hood with two glass windows with wipers at inside and specially fitted lighting arrangement (Optional).

  • Entire unit is in one piece, obviating necessity of erection and alignment.

  • Control switch provided on both sides of the machine.

  • Jigger can be supplied in with of 48", 60", 66", 72", 84" and 99" to 120"
