• Micro Slitters are designed to slit films reliably at high speed.

• They are versatile and compact machine which will produce high quality slit reels of any width within the specified limits.

• Slitter is designed to cope with the more stringent requirements of thin capacitor film, other models in the same categories also handles thicker films and paper.

• The machine consists of a high precision driven winding system which presents film to the slitting blades at a controlled tension and without creases. The film is razor slit in a short span between rollers and is then rolled into tight contact with the large capstan roller. The wind up cores are mounted on individual swinging arms so that they can roll on the capstan.

• Thus there are no free spans where loss of control or tension can occur. No lubrication is required.
